With nearly a decade of dance experience and a lifetime of playing various sports, I’ve always recognized the power of movement. Now, as a certified personal trainer, I help women tap into that power—not just to build stronger bodies, but to shape the lives they desire. With nearly two years of official training experience and four years of hands-on coaching, I bring both knowledge and passion to every session.
My approach is rooted in holistic health, blending strength training, mobility, and nutrition to help clients feel their best inside and out. I incorporate functional fitness to support longevity, strength training to build a solid foundation and sculpt the body, and HIIT to enhance endurance and stamina.
